After his time as a Global Business Development Engineer at SKF, Spiros joins ADF Power Tuning founder Comsys AB as the Global Segment Manager for Marine and Offshore. Here he will work closely with top management to set and follow up sales strategies/targets and drive the ADF Power Tuning portfolio in Marine and Offshore segments.
Spiros has 20+ years of experience in the demanding international marine industry, either working for OEMs or shipping companies directly. Reflecting on his experience, Spiros says, “My main motto is to first listen to my customer’s needs and concerns with the purpose of trying to solve their problems and guide them in the best and fastest way. Then my customer becomes my advocate and partner.”
And why the switch to Comsys now? Spiros explains that he is proud to join the Comsys team.
We have a chance to give a product to the industry that they are going to need; it's very important. With Comsys’ expertise and my experience, together we can collaborate and give the best value to our customers.
We have to say we agree, Spiros.
Cheers to our new partnership and to growing the market for ADF Power Tuning!
We are pleased to formally introduce the ADF P100v2 and ADF P100N.
While these products come equipped with great new features (such as a new user-friendly HMI), overall these new modules are higher quality, and enable improved performance and easier maintenance for our customers. The ADF P100v2 series uses the same components as in the ADF P300v2 line, giving the benefit of a reduced number of spare parts needed to service both the ADF P100v2 and ADF P300v2 line of products.
Both the ADF P100v2 and the ADF P100N can be ordered now.
*Please note that the name ADF P100v2 is informal, the products are distinguished by their article number.
Team Rynkeby is part of an international charity cycling team that rides to Paris every summer to raise money for children with cancer. In recent years, Team Rynkeby has gone from being a local sports event to an international charity movement and Sweden’s largest CSR-project.
In 2015, Team Rynkeby includes 1,450 cyclists and 350 helpers, shared among 32 local teams in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the Faroe Islands.
By supporting Team Rynkeby, Helsingborg, we know that the whole amount goes to Barncancerfonden, the Children’s Cancer Fund in Sweden. All participants cover their own expenses and Rynkeby Foods covers the project costs, so 100% of the collected funds go to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
All of us at COMSYS are very proud to do our part in the fight against Children’s Cancer by supporting Team Rynkeby, Helsingborg.
Our very own Christian Born has just returned from an ADF Academy training in Australia. He spent three days there, teaching members of the ADF Community about ADF Power Tuning service, installation, commissioning, and general technical information.
Christian considers the training a huge success, largely due to the high engagement and technical expertise of the audience. And the audience agreed! One attendee commented,
“The training was excellent and gave me a much greater understanding of harmonics than what I had previously had from our own in-house training.”
We are happy to have supported our partners in Australia and hope this motivates them to continue to be proud partners of the ADF Community.
