Overview
The ADF S3 introduces the new S-Line, a new generation of ADF technology engineered for maximum efficiency.
Combining Comsys' industry-leading Web User Interface, configurability, and control flexibility with a new SiC-based platform, it enables a smaller, lighter, and more efficient ADF that is easier to install and operate where space is at a premium.
With individual harmonic compensation up to the 49th order and a response time below 1 ms, the ADF S3 addresses harmonic disturbances and provides reactive power compensation with cos φ correction up to 1.0.
It provides a rated compensation current of 35 ARMS and operates across a nominal voltage range of 208–480 V in three-phase, three/four-wire systems. Up to 15 ADF S3 units can operate in parallel, allowing compensation capacity to be expanded as requirements change.

Applications
The ADF S3 provides harmonic and reactive power compensation in three-phase, three/four-wire low-voltage installations. It supports TN, TT and IT networks without an earthed phase.
