Version 3.1 of our SCC2 software is now available, bringing with it an array of new features designed to enhance system efficiency, ensure compliance with the latest power quality standards, and enable users with improved control and monitoring capabilities.
Monitoring and diagnosis
The latest software update introduces improved event monitoring that alerts users to potential resonance issues, increasing system reliability and performance. This update also introduces specific alerts for CAC (AC Capacitor) resonance, enhancing the diagnostic capabilities of our systems.
Sustainability and compliance
With an eye on environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance, version 3.1 includes the new PPM300 fan monitor for liquid-cooled systems, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, we have incorporated unbalanced output protection to meet the stringent requirements of marine standards.
System integration
We have further enhanced our Ethernet/IP integration with the introduction of Technical Preview Version 2. This update is designed to streamline network integration and enhance overall system reliability. We have also refined our licensing framework; the license key previously known as Impedance control has been renamed Voltage control, reflecting its comprehensive functionality within impedance and sensorless operations.
Service mode
Service Mode now allows low voltage testing, a requirement that consolidates custom software in the new Web User Interface and eliminates the need for special software for some service tasks. To implement these new capabilities, simply enter Service Mode and restart the system.
Requested fixes
In response to user feedback, we have made important fixes to improve the overall stability and reliability of our systems and user interface. For example, Standby Mode based on Iload is now conditionally visible to ensure accurate functionality. We have also resolved a recurring issue where, in some web browsers, IP addresses were being reset to 0.0.0.0.
These updates enhance the technical capabilities of our systems and improve the overall user experience with intuitive features and a more reliable setup. We encourage all our partners to update their systems to take advantage of these new advancements.
